RT-DETR (Apache 2.0) fine-tuned on DENTEX, exported to ONNX and run with onnxruntime-web (WASM). Inference measured on an M2 Max: about 2.6 s with 4 WASM threads, 9.2 s single-threaded. The same model runs in 1.05 s natively on CPU, so the browser costs roughly 2.5x for the privacy guarantee. Boxes are drawn at the threshold you choose — a demo without a stated threshold is meaningless for this model.
